pain in the back

I over did it on Saturday and my back has been aching ever since. Last night Ben had to get up and help me turn over on my other side because something in my hip was pinching so bad that I couldn't move!
I've been in pretty bad pain all day...and have been researching body pillows as a result. This one may be the winner...doesn't she look so comfy?
